Your goods are coming from a small island so delivery times are provided as estimations only.

      Once orders have been processed we cannot cancel your order.

         International Taxes & Customs

        We cannot cover the fees of customs import taxes and duties so these will be at the expense of the customer.
        It is the customer’s responsibility to know their country’s customs regulations. 
        Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these laws and regulations.
        Please refer to your tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email for the status of your order. If your order is taking longer than expected, it may be held at the customs office.
        It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and contact customs regarding held packages or returned packages due to unpaid customs fees.
        Above mentioned return fees and additional duties upon returning to Indonesia will be the responsibility of the customer due to lack of communication.
        If you would like your order to be re-delivered, these shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.
